Terms of Service
By purchasing any DYVO Product, you agree to the terms of service, refund policy, shipping policy, and all other operations of our company. If you do not agree to this, do not purchase our products.
DYVO One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Our products are carefully built and have gone through strict quality control. We understand when you purchase something new, you are excited about it, and we want you to have the best experience possible. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’ve got you covered in case that happens.
DYVO warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with DYVO’s published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). DYVO’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and official training videos.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects include defects in the manufacturing process of our products, including component failure and workmanship.
What is not covered
Damage due to misuse, exposure to any liquids, physical abuse, accidental damage, opening, tampering, altering, or attempting to repair any product. The DYVO Meter is intended only for 12V DC systems. Connecting to any circuits other than this will cause permanent damage and is not covered under warranty.
Normal wear is not covered under warranty. This includes but is not limited to: Damage to test leads including cuts, nicks, or breaks in the insulation or wire. Needle back-probes use thin metal tips that will bend and break over time. The terminals used for the Forward Probes are delicate and will bend and break over time.
If your DYVO Product meets the warranty coverage as described above, complete the warranty form below. DYVO will pay for shipping and send you a return label via email. Ship the product using the return shipping label. Once received, DYVO will inspect the product. If it meets the warranty coverage, DYVO will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion at no cost to the customer, and ship the product back at DYVO’s expense. If the product is found to be damaged due to any reason stated in “What is not covered”, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with repairing or replacing the product, and shipping both directions. If the customer declines repair or replacement of the product, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product both directions. Customer has 30 days from invoice date to complete all payments. If customer does not complete all payments within that time, customer forfeits all products under the possession of DYVO and products become the ownership of DYVO.

30 Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for a full refund, including shipping, within 30 days from receiving the product. All returns must be in new condition, undamaged, and include all parts, pieces, and accessories, including documentation. The customer will be charged for any missing or damaged parts.

Our focus is making high quality products, not collecting your information. We do not share or sell your information with anyone. We also don’t add you to any marketing spam, so you never have to worry about endless emails from us. The only contact we will have is regarding your order. Isn’t it nice that some companies still value your privacy?
We make every effort to ship your product out as quick as possible. We ship Monday-Friday, observing major U.S. holidays. Unfortunately shipping couriers may have delays, which can’t be controlled by DYVO. DYVO does not refund shipping for any delays caused by the shipping courier. All products are shipped with a tracking number. You can monitor the status of your package at all times. The shipping length begins the day after the product is shipped. DYVO operates on Mountain Standard Time (UTC-07:00).
As an example:
- You place your order on a Friday afternoon and select 3-day shipping.
- Your order will ship out the following Monday, assuming it’s not a holiday.
- The 3 days begins on Tuesday.
- You can expect to receive your package on Thursday.
Know that there are some shady people out there that steal packages. We don’t know why they do it, but they do. Maybe they weren’t hugged enough as children. Because we’re a small company, we can’t refund stolen packages. If you can’t be present when the package is delivered, we recommend having the package delivered to a location where someone will be able to receive it, or leaving a note on your door to instruct the delivery driver to leave the package at the nearest pick-up location.
Taxes & Import Fees
We collect taxes where required by law.
For all purchases outside the U.S., you may be required to pay additional fees collected by your country before receiving your product. These fees may include: duty, tariffs, taxes, customs/import fees, and VAT. These charges are not collected by DYVO. They will be in addition to your puchase on our website. These charges are assessed when your package is imported into your country. You can follow the package using the provided tracking number and make a payment through the shipping courier.
