Taxes & Import Fees

We collect taxes where required by law.

For all purchases outside the U.S., you may be required to pay additional fees collected by your country before receiving your order. These fees may include: duty, tariffs, taxes, customs/import fees, and VAT. These charges are not collected by DYVO. They will be in addition to your purchase on our website. These charges are assessed when your package is imported into your country. You can follow the package using the provided tracking number and make a payment through the shipping courier. Failure to pay these fees will result in your order being returned to DYVO. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with reshipping the order. DYVO will not refund shipping in these cases.
